I see you have a question?
I just placed an order. When will it ship?
A one-book order production time is approximately 2-3 weeks. For multiple books and book sets, the production time can be extended up to 4-6 weeks. This may change depending on the holiday seasons or personal reasons.
Please note, I currently do rebinds as a side hobby outside of my full-time job so my production times may be longer compared to others. You can always check the banner on the top for the most up-to-date production time.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking info. I do not pre-print labels until the books are actually packaged up and ready to be shipped off or picked up by USPS.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, I do ship worldwide! International shipping is calculated at checkout, but feel free to contact me to see if there is a better rate.
What courier do you use?
Domestic orders within the USA will ship via USPS.
International orders weighing under 4 pounds will be shipped through USPS using the shipping provider, Asendia USA.
International order weighing over 4 pounds will be shipped through UPS.
What is the return policy?
New orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Please go to the “Contact” form to submit a cancellation request.
As all books are made to order, all sales are final and I do not accept returns unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
My book(s) arrived damaged. What do I do?
I understand how disappointing it can be to receive damaged books! While I do pack my books with multiple cushioning layers and sturdy boxes, damage can rarely occur during transit or customs checks.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
- Minor Imperfections: Aside from the actual printing of the pages, my books are 100% handmade. It is normal for minor imperfections such as, imperfections in the vinyl design, slightly inconsistent overhang on the cover, small marks on the cover or end pages, differences in hues of the printed cover design, slight lifting of the end band, etc. We kindly ask you to consider these as part of the unique, handcrafted nature of the books.
- Significant Damage: If the damage is significant, such as ripped pages, a detached or completely bent cover, or extensive warping, please contact me!
Can I commission a custom rebind?
Custom commissions are currently on a case-by-case basis. You are free to submit a request via email or through my contact form. If I am able, or interested, I will provide an estimated time frame for your custom rebind project and discuss further details with you.
As of current, I will only be accepting 1 custom rebind request per month or less.
Please note, I do not do fanfiction commissions. I will still offer author copies for those interested, if I am able.
My question is not on this list.
